Australia travel visa

Question: Hi, I'm Malaysian. Few friends of mine are going to graduate on 2011 March in Australia and I have been invited to attend the ceremony but I don't know the procedure, requirement or terms and condition to apply a visa. As I google around and came across http://www.evisaasia.com/visa-requirement/tourist-visa-requirements-for-malaysia-citizens/, it stated it takes 3 days preparation for the visa but no stamping fee needed. Can anyone here clarify for me? If the information is right, I can proceed to apply the visa through this site.
