Itinerary HELP for Asia

Question: Hello, I know you are probably very busy, but I was wondering if you could help me plot out an itinerary because I am lost haha.
I have backpacked through Europe for 3 months and Mexico as well. But Asia will be a new challange for me and I find that finding local information can be difficult. I will be inviting two friends along with me, we will be going from 12 to the 30th of September. We were thinking of flying to Beijing and leaving from New Dehli and work our way through China, Thailand, Malaysia or Indonesia, Nepal, and India, and possibly Japan.
What do you think? Do you have any rough itineraries you could suggest? Thank you so much.
Answer: Hey, let's get this straight, you want to travel to China, Thailand, Malaysia/Indonesia, Nepal and India, possibly Japan,
in less than 3 weeks???! (12th to 30 sep?)
If so, you're definitely need to fly a lot to save time....
If you're considering Japan, you should finish Japan before you move southwards to Thailand etc. Then head back to China.
From China, you can fly to Thailand (Bangkok), travel in south Thailand visiting islands (it's the monsoon season though), and border cross to Malaysia. Since there's a 2-month quarantine when leaving India, you should continue your journey to Nepal.
From Malaysia, you can take a flight to Kathmandu. Then border cross/fly to India. Since you don't have much time, I suggest you focus on northwest of India, places around Delhi, for example Agra, Jaipur. You can extend the route to Varanasi. When border crossing from Nepal, you can go straight to Varanasi, then take the train/flight to Agra, Delhi, Jaipur or whatever.
Hope this helps!
