Ancient Angkor Inn, Siem Reap, Cambodia

During Khmer New Year 2010, my family and I were staying at this Inn for two nights. It is a good place to stay in, close to the Night Market, Old Market, clean rooms, cool AC, fast internet, friendly and honest staff... but one thing that was not satisfying was the swimming pool. It's a bit small. It's good enough for every one to cool down after the whole exploring the temples, however.

In short, if you have plans to Siem Reap, I would RECOMMEND you to Ancient Angkor Inn.

I've stayed at Ancient Angkor Inn recently while visiting the temples of Angkor. It is a nice place, clean, cheap, closed to the center, quiet... Staff were friendly and helpful when I was there. One thing that I cannot forget was the free pickup from the bus station. The hotel organised two Remorks to pick us up from the bus station as we reached there. It was good that we could experience with that kind of transportation.
