How to get a Vietnam visa in Bangkok, Thailand

Take a taxi or the Skytrain to the Vietnamese embassy in Bangkok. If you're taking the Skytrain, get off at Phloenchit. Walk towards the hotel- and shopping complex "All Seasons Place" on Wireless road.

When you arrive at the embassy, fill out a form. The cost is about 1000 baht for a visa. You can collect your visa after one or three days, depends on how fast you want it. There's an extra fee for 1-day processing. Make sure you leave early in the morning.

If you're intending on leaving and returning to Vietnam, ask for a multiple entry visa.

Open: Monday to Friday -- 0830 am to 1130 am, and then from 0130 pm to 0430 pm (except Vietnamese and Thai holidays).

Phone: (662) 267 9602

Address: 83/1 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330

Another option is to get a Vietnamese visa on arrival, by applying through 'Vietnam Visa'.
